Dan was born and raised in the Town of the Blue Mountains and enjoys having a strong association with the local community. He has developed a sound knowledge of the area and has acquired experience in property management and investment through his involvement in a family real estate corporation. With a major in real estate and housing, Dan earned his Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph. His areas of concentration included economics, real estate appraisal, the construction and development process, and sustainable real estate practices.
